A little about me…

I’m Fern, a qualified & certified coach and counsellor who blends counselling and coaching to help women break free from self-doubt. My approach is warm, down-to-earth and supportive - because lasting confidence needs more than just positive thinking.

I work with women who want to understand themselves better, feel calmer in their day-to-day lives, and rebuild a sense of self-worth from the inside out. My sessions are gentle but real - a space to explore what’s been weighing on you and start creating the change you’ve been craving.

You don’t need to have it all together to begin - just a little curiosity about what could feel better.

I was nervous about opening up because of past experiences, but with Fern I felt safe straight away. She has such a calm, understanding way of listening that made it easy to talk about things I’ve carried for years. What stood out to me was how supportive and non-judgmental she was - I never felt rushed or pressured. Having someone who truly ‘gets it’ has given me the confidence to start moving forward, and for the first time I feel hopeful about the future.
